Service work

1. Introductions

1.1 - Initial exchanges that are done on either email, text, or phone-call would usually lead to some sort of Meet and Greet - In-person or video call.

1.2 - Meet and Greet  - Discussions of the meeting are to be put in writing for both party benefits.

1.3 - Future meeting will have a statement of work as written focus to allow efficient time to prepare and make meetings more productive.

2. Research

2.1 - Research is conducted with:

A. - what is available to me within the time allocated in project time or roadmap (Where a Gantt Chart is required).

B. - impartiality to the best of my ability.

C. - thoroughly as possible.

D. - the requirement in certain instances for creative interpretations due to lack of information to be found.

2.2 - Research material sources are recorded for recollection and form the basis for all creative endeavours.

2.3 - I use a wide range of sources to assist me, be that historical/background, audio and visual techniques or musical inspiration.

3. Music Writing

3.1 - Music writing is done with notational software, which allows me to edit freely and publish much like literature, this is used to assist in recording and later to be put into a Digital Audio Workstation (D.A.W), for 'audio quality refinement' [Swapping to use higher quality Virtual Software instruments [VSTi's], assembling audio components, mixing and mastering.

3.2 - Every score edition for each work is regards generally as the original version of works produced, and therefore should be protected upon creation under copyright law. This also extents to such circumstances that I do just use only a D.A.W. This is in use where disputes are made in questioning authenticity or originality of musical works should they ever arise.

3.3 - In the process of 'audio quality refinement' the use of VSTi's create a solid demo of the music/sound work. Which is used during recording sessions and demos for potential clients.

3.4 - Under no circumstance that potential clients are to copy and/or distribute music/sound works, it is only for them to listen. If requested to share to relevant or suitable additional individuals/parties. They also must adhere to this rule.

3.5 - Within my current means, Many instances I will have little choice and use the demo's to official published versions of the music works with it majority, nearly all or if not all instruments/sounds produced using VSTi's. voices be they voice actors or singers are sought after where required, especially for narration work. As the business grows, this is something I would like to be in a sustainably strong position, both financially and in opportunities to be  able extend  opportunities for freelance work for musicians.

3.6 - All musical score work and midi/audio work is created by myself. The use of A.I is occasionally deployed in regards to generated musical ideas (melody and chord ideas) or plugin optimization. Any or Every use of A.I generated music/sound is a starting basis which often changed to what they were from manual editing, which would be to say that nearly all use is too negligible small anyway, unless the use is a majority (over 51%) or considerable amount (over 33%) it will be to stated where appropriately.

3.7 - Any such outside direct involvement in the music writing phase is duly credited.  hour rate or per minute music rate use mu and prs for reference

4. Artwork/Visual work

4.1 - All art/visual work is done using photo editing or video editing software.

4.2 - A.I or the work of others may sometimes be deployed as placeholders in documentation utilised for myself, much in way similar for working on the audio aspects in each project.

4.3 - All Art of Visual work is made by myself and with collaboration with the artists of Art of Eco limited or at the very least edited by myself.

4.4 - Art or visual elements not created by myself that are used especially in the publish (released) editions are either sourced as they are within the public domain, or granted permission from associated organisations/individuals for their use.

4.5 - Same as Sound/audio elements. All art or visual works are dated and copyrighted upon creation.

4.6 - Under no circumstance that potential clients are to copy and/or distribute artwork that is they have not contribute to in terms of visual elements, it is only for them to see If requested to share to relevant or suitable additional individuals/parties. They also must adhere to this rule.
